If you go for a modelling/makeover experience day do they let you keep the makeup on?

Ok so this may sound a little stupid but it's my 18th birthday on the 17th of May and my mum got me a modelling experience day which includes a hair cut, style, makeover and modelling experience. It starts at 1:15pm and will not finish for around 5 hours (finishing at around 6:15pm) However the place that does it is 45 mins away from home and my birthday venue starts at half 7! So I was hoping that I could walk out with the makeup and style. I thought that would be fine until my friend tried to convince me they would make me take the makeup off before I left...

Has anyone been to one of these experience days before?

Thanks! If you go for a modelling/makeover experience day do they let you keep the makeup on?
you can keep the make up on, i went with a friend once and the amount of make they put on your face is unreal, they do it so it shows better on the pics, maybe not all are the same, but if they are im not sure you wouldn't want to go out with that amount of make up on, my friend looked like a clown, but the pics were amazing though, really worth the money. Hope you enyoy yourself im sure you will and Happy birthday. If you go for a modelling/makeover experience day do they let you keep the makeup on?
they will definatly NOT take your makeup of. Someone payed for it and they are not taking it off. Its like if you got a hair but then before you left they gave you exstenstions so you looked the way you were before
Haha your friend is either paranoid or jealous, you paid for it, they want people to see you leaving their establishment looking good, why would they make you take it off? Definitely not and lol at regrowing your hair!
did your mom pay for this day?

are they cutting your hair? styling?

you get to keep that dontcha?

ive never done this (it sounds hella fun tho) but im guessing theyll let you keep it on
they wont.
That's awesome! I'd love to do that for my birthday. It would be really dumb if they made you take it off, I doubt they will. Since your getting a haircut, did your friend say they would make you re-grow your hair to?
Well first off, have a happy birthday.

Second off, they'll absoloutly let you keep it on. Just think, you're paying them so you can market them well. Once your pay for the look, it's yours. If they will tweak it for you once you're done I'm not so sure, they may be nice because it's your birthday. However, they WILL let you wear you hair and makeup, theydon't want to go through the trouble on washing it all off.

  • Help me! I have a modeling interview on Sunday! What should I do with my makeup and hair?

Okay any little tips would help me here. I am new to modeling but have always admired it. I have watched America's Next Top Model so many times. I have picked up tips through it, FIERCE! LOL Anyway I would like to impress the agency. They told me to dress comfy and casual.

What should I do with my makeup?

How should I wear my hair?

    What should I wear?

thanks!Help me! I have a modeling interview on Sunday! What should I do with my makeup and hair?
They will probably take your measurements and a polaroid of your body and your face, so wear something simple like jeans and a T-shirt so they can clearly see the contours of your body. Same goes for the face and hair. They will need to know what you look like without make-up or hair treatments.Help me! I have a modeling interview on Sunday! What should I do with my makeup and hair?
You NEVER EVER want to say ';Fierce';.... You will sound like a tranny. that's what trannies say.
they wanna see you looking very natural

    so, most likely,

none or only a little makeup

hair either up or down (in a natural way, not anything that would take longer than 15 minutes)

and just wear form fitting jeans and a solid colored t shirt or tank top

    well....yeah...'good luck :)
    Do your makeup natural

    do wavy curls

and wear something comfy like they said

wear your favourite pair of jeans and you favourite sweater/t-shirt

your going to be nervous and if you pick something you know looks great and you feel great in

your more likely to come across well

and hey its one less thing to worry about!

    %26lt;3
what kind of modeling is it..

    go for a natural look

maybe tie your hair up so they can see your face?

    something cute but simple
we need to see a pic before we can give you advice
Be careful - most real agencies do not see models on Sundays. The ones who have weekend appointments are either expensive schools or scam agencies - both of which are only out for your money and will never get you a job

Remember, a legitimate agency will never charge you anything out of your own pocket - not classes, competitions, portfolios or anything else
skinny jeans, white t-shirt, %26amp; very light makeup (they want to see the real YOU)

%26amp; just put your hair down

    LOOK NATURAL
Pull your hair back into a neat ponytail and only wear a light coat of mascara. Models don't go to interviews all dolled up, they want to see you, the beauty you were born with. Keep the hair out of your face. Keep it natural. Good Luck!

What makeup is used to get that perfect white skin that models have in pictures?

I'm a starting out model photographer and I was jus wondering what kind of make up is used to get that ';flawless perfect white skin'; that you see in some pictures. I know of course some might be good photoshopping but still I know there is a makeup out just not sure what its called....What makeup is used to get that perfect white skin that models have in pictures?
Check MAC since that's what a lot of makeup artists use. To get a really pale complexion, you need to find a good full coverage foundation, topped by a light powder.

Pictures can be computer corrected in whatever way makes the model look better. They do use makeup. This is applied by professional makeup artists who are very good at what they do.How do Victoria's Secrets models get such a gooodlooking glowing skin with no spots without using much makeup?
    you're crazy....it's ALL make-up.

watch america's next top model. those gals look ghastly without make-up on, but they look GREAT in their photos!
Behind the scenes at one of their runway shows, they showed that they were body-painting them with this gold paint.
they all have fake tans and are airbrushed using photo editing software, and then make the rest of us feel like crap
    Adobe Photoshop...
well first of all they are professonally photographed and retouched... as for their tans, they are probably fake tanned professionally as well like airbrushed or something
    Photoshop!
What makes you think they don't use makeup. And you can do such wonderful things with photography.

How do i start looking good without makeup again? I need to for modeling!?

I wanted to get into some modeling, but i think i wear a little to much makeup right now, and i look really good naturally but my complexion has done a little downhill lately.

Since i started to wear foundation about 7 months ago i dont look as good naturally anymore.

I slowed down on using foundation and only use it about once a week,

and i am constantly cleansing my skin and washing it, but i still have a couple red acne scars on my face, and my skin is smooth but i don't feel like i look to good without foundation, and now since i wore foundation in the summer the SPF in it blocked the sun and now my face's skintone doesnt match my body's without me using the foundation, so should i start to go tanning or will this defeat the whole purpose of trying to keep my skin healthy and natural?

I really want to go for a natural tan look like Keira Knightly.

Any recommendations on a way i could get rid of acne scars and keep my complexion clear looking without using foundation, and what do you think about tanning? Any help would be great, Thank You! (:How do i start looking good without makeup again? I need to for modeling!?
Your best bet is to see a dermatologist who will recommend the right products for your skintype, and also help you get rid of the acne scars, which may require a light chemical peel or microdermabrasion. It's less expensive to go to a doctor and get the right regimen than trying hundreds of different face washes, creams etc to find what works for you.

Don't get a suntan - it can create hyperpigmentation but also lines and dryness. Try using a gradual facial self-tanner - many have moisturisers in them, or just a tinted moisturizer and bronzing powder for a glowHow do i start looking good without makeup again? I need to for modeling!?
first off, keira knightleys skin isnt natural - she almost wears makeup foundation every single day for her job - creating movies, photoshoots, premieres, etc.

try switching your foundation to a tinted moisturizer - it works just as well but its also much better for your skin.

remember to drink lots of water (8 glasses/2litres/16oz) daily to hydrate your skin, moisturize twice a day and exfoliate twice a week.
Bio-Oil works really well for evening out your skin tone/lightening acne scars.

    It's available at Walgreen's.

    Don't go tanning...

This would damage your skin and create freckles/sunspots.

If you're short on time, try using sunless tanning lotion, but only use it on the parts that it is necessary (the lighter parts).

This might turn out a little fake though.

Use a tinted moisturizer with an SPF, it will even out your skintone, protect your skin from the sun, and it looks a lot more natural than foundation.
number one, dont tan if you want your skint o look better for MODELING. you are just going to ruin it.

What you should invest in is a very good cleanser, and a moisturizer with self tanner. This makes your skin not only cclear and smooth, but not pastey white, just use every other day or so. I do every day but i live in Vegas so i am pretty tan so to keep up with extremely tan skin i would say do it every morning.

Just of course after you put it on, let it dry. Dont go and yank your white T over your head afterwards or your T is gonna match your face! hehe
STOP washing your face so much!!

I have acne, and my skin gets amazingly clear when I ONLY wash it twice a day, at the very most. Use a gentle cleanser also, don't use harsh chemicals, they will only accentuate the blemishes.

Honestly, just stop using the foundation for a little while. It's best to stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen, but your skin will pick up enough color from just everyday life if you stop wearing the foundation. That will also probably even out your skin tone.
Wash your face with natural products 2 times a day (morning and night)...scrub 1-2 times a week...drink lots of water and eat healthy...moisturize your face after every time you wash it... for the day use a spf oil free moisturizer and at night try a bit of oilive oil and tea tree oil (blend well and only a bit)...use a mask 1-2 times a week on the days that you are not going to scrub...

tanning is so bad for your skin...

it makes your skin dry and it speeds up the process of getting wrinkles...

I'd use a ';green'; (natural) Bronzer if you want a tan. Keira is pretty pale so I'm sure she only uses makeup to achieve that ';tanned'; look.

Doesn't the tons of makeup and personal care products that models and celebrities use on a daily basis...?

...wear out their skin and hair in the short-run as well as their overall health in the long-run? Aren't they at higher risk of cancer and other diseases from all of that chemical exposure? I always wondered this, considering all of the chemicals and harmful ingredients that are used in today's makeup and personal care products.Doesn't the tons of makeup and personal care products that models and celebrities use on a daily basis...?
Yes definitely. Celebrities are under constant pressure to look their best so they are always applying makeup, doing their hair, and all that. From all the chemical exposure, they are at higher risk.

Yet celebrities live luxurious lifestyles, beyond our imaginations, so their access to the best of the best of everything (the highest quality food, and health care) could kind of make up for all of the carcinogenic stuff they use.

Also, if celebrities are happier than average people, then that could mean they are at a less risk of cancer, since happiness may ward off cancer (thats what I read).

So in some sense you are right, but you also have to consider other positive aspects in their lives.Doesn't the tons of makeup and personal care products that models and celebrities use on a daily basis...?
...no? The only chemical exposure you really get cancer and whatnot from is chemicals that give off radiation. Not all chemicals are harsh, I don't know why no one realizes this. And I'm SURE they wouldn't put carcinogens in beauty products.

    Interesting thought, though :)

What foundation/skin makeup is popular with catwalk/runway models? any insider secret tips? please see pics?

I'm looking for full flawless, opaque, poreless coverage yet still healthy %26amp; glowing, not matt. I notice the catwalk/runway models always get it right. I realise most of it comes down to good genetics %26amp; healthy diet. But wondering what i can use in terms of makeup? What brand of foundation or other makeup products they may use under foundation or over, to get this look in these pics:

Normally you use something like MAC Strobe Cream under the foundation to illuminate the skin, then cover with whichever foundation will give you the right finish - dewy, matt, etc. MAC and Laura Mercier are the foundations of choice for professional makeup artists

Use a cream blush to give a glow on the cheeks, topped by a highlighter cream or powder on the top of the cheekbonesWhat foundation/skin makeup is popular with catwalk/runway models? any insider secret tips? please see pics?
I'm also searching for a dewy full coverage perfect foundation.

MAC studio sculpt foundation was used all over the runways this year, I haven't tried it yet but apparently it's easily built up, light and dewy.

For the whole radiant healthy glow thing, try Benefits That Gal, it's a pinky sheeny primer, mix it with your moisturiser before you use your foundation and you'll look much more healthy. On the first picture you give, the model is obviously wearing a cheekbone highlighter. Benefit high beam is my favourite, it gives the look shown in the picture.

If you find the perfect foundation please let me know! in the mean time I hope I helped xx
She has natural perfect skin and has no flaws to cover which is half the battle.

BareEscentuals do minerals that cover really well and don't look as if your too done up............they have one called 'multi-tasking minerals' it covers evry imperfection i have.......you can then apply the minerals foundation over it if you wish or if you really need to. You can get in on QVC.
it is a well known fact that beauty industry professionals use MAC on models, celebrities, etc... they do a studio fix line aimed at getting flawless, luminous skin, i suggest this as a good base: http://www.maccosmetics.co.uk/templates/鈥?/a>

  • Why don't models have bad skin, spots and everything.. havin wearin makeup constantly..?

surely they should have the worst skin out and about.. wrinkles..Why don't models have bad skin, spots and everything.. havin wearin makeup constantly..?
they will eventually get wrinkles, unless they have cosmetic surgery. Most models will have had their skin airbrushed before a model shootWhy don't models have bad skin, spots and everything.. havin wearin makeup constantly..?
i dont know...i guess they all use vaseline like tyra
I believe that they do have spots and blemishes, they cover them well with make up, plus they use certain angles of light to trick people.
Models are not real, they are an illusion put there to make you feel inadequate about yourself so you'll go out and buy lots of fashion items and general beauty products. They wear loads of expensive make - up that's far Superior to what you can buy in the shops and all photos are doctored to suit. People are people - we all **** and piss and get spots and general bundle on through. x
in photographs its called airbrushing, touch ups, and face lifts, plastic surgery. and with out all of that they do have bad to normal looking skin just like the rest of us. look at some of the older celebreties like joan crawford, elizabeth taylor, etc. trust me in time they will get wrinkles and age spots its a matter of genetics and time.

Do the victoria secret models' cheekbone's really stick out or is that all makeup making then stick out?

??????????????????????????????Do the victoria secret models' cheekbone's really stick out or is that all makeup making then stick out?
some of them have great cheekbones but mainly great make up artists!Do the victoria secret models' cheekbone's really stick out or is that all makeup making then stick out?
i think some or most of them have naturally good cheekbones but they enhance it more with the makeup. they obviously have great makeup artists so they know how to make them look fantastic and enhance their natural beauty
Obviously some have really great cheekbones, but I'm pretty sure most of them contour their cheeks with bronzer or blush. It really thins your face out or makes your cheekbones pop.
they have high cheekbones already but the make up makes them stick out more :)
sculpt and shape with darker blush

Have fun and goodluck xMakeup tips ready for modeling?
make sure you cover with foundation more than what you would wear daily. also, powder very well. cameras hate shiny skin. keep your eye shadows neutral and natural (browns, earth tones), line you lips with a lip pencil that is the same color of your lips, then fill in the lips with the lip pencil. use a lip brush to smooth it out. then apply a really shear layer of pink gloss, to the point you really don't see color, only moisturized lips. apply blush (a combo of pink and orange) to the ball of the cheek. smile real wide until you see the ball appear on the cheek, swirl the blush i circular motion on the ball and them (in circular motion) buff it back to the hairline. If you see color, you used too much, it should look like you are actually blushing. wear LOTS of black mascara. Mascara is more important than eye shadow. be sure to shape your eye browns with a dark brown eye shadow (never pencil). keep them sharp and neat.
i think liquid foundation the chanel one will give you a summer look a little shining verry hot you can try a green shadow with eyelyner down a little bit of dark ppink blush and cream natural lipstick it will make your lips look bigger. good luck

Do super models look so super without makeup, hairstylists and fashion experts?

I'm a model. Not a supermodel but I have done modelling, and I can tell you....it's all make-up and hair styling. Don't believe all the cr*p about the perfect girl. They don't exist, even in the modelling business...Do super models look so super without makeup, hairstylists and fashion experts?
I read Cindy Crawford's book ';Perfect Face'; (makeup). This is a direct quote

';Even I do not look like Cindy Crawford when I get up in the morning.'; So directly from CC...the answer is no they don't look so 'super'Do super models look so super without makeup, hairstylists and fashion experts?
Course they dont, they look like the rest of us- only skinnier!
no one is perfect so i would say no.
Absolutely not, how beautiful would we all look if we had a team of stylists make us look flawless too.
I'm sure they don't. And don't forget the air brushed photography for magazines!
No they look just like all of us
    no they don't
nope its all clever light, airbrushing and make up

supermodels arnt normally brillient looking neway theyre just unusual
Kate Moss looks a bit rough without
no they don't and they don't without the photo retouching either!~鈾
Some people look good without makeup, hair styling etc, but remember that they are young and most do not have children, they will need the make up and hair styling in a few years lol
no, they are just like the rest of us, apart from kate moss who still looks fantastic without make-up, even when her hair is unwashed.
    l doubt it
No. Have you ever watched America's Next Top Model. They have had the ugliest woman on there and when you see a picture of them you would think it was someone else. I think that super models are very beautiful but not as much as they are with make up and their hair done
    you forgot lighting and airbrushing.

theyre kinda like the best quality art canvas money can buy - theyre the best canvas, but without paint theyre just canvas still.
    Would you?
    No. They look DISGUSTING.

Infact she's not a super model. But go look for

    Faith Evan's police mugshot..... WOW it's scary %26gt;%26lt;

Nothing like her when she's all dressed up etc.
every girl looks the same to me but its whats in the in side that counts not the outside
    Some do, some don't.

    Examples:

Adriana Lima, Brazilian, one of the Victoria's Secret Angels -- a very lovely lady, very gently-spoken -- Adriana looks absolutely fabulous even without make-up..! Love this gal. ;)

Alessandra Ambrosio, another Brazilian %26amp; VS Angel -- UK people will see her all over NEXT's window dressing posters %26amp; catalogues! -- is still attractive w/o make-up, but looks better with (of course)!

Naomi Campbell, however, looks unremarkable in make-up, and *terrible* without. Not to mention, she's a _horrid creature_ who is totally unkind to her assistants e.g. throwing things at them in violent rages, etc., when *nothing* was their fault..!! She must have anger management and temper issues, I believe. All that makes her downright UGLY in my book. She comes across as if she thinks she's All That.

    I believe the common response would be ';Girlfriend, please!';

(How she ever aquired ';Super';-model status is beyond me!)

CC - Cindy Crawford ... though beyond the ';prime'; of modelling age -- and a happy mother for many years now -- can still pull it off, and look fantastic. She looks GREAT for her age, and doesn't seem to need much make-up etc either.

There's my thoughts on this particular matter. =D
    Not many of them .
No i doubt it, but, if we had them then we could all look good all the time

    Have a star

    xxxxxxxxxxxx
No, but what they do have is the POTENTIAL to look extraordinarily super, something most of us do not have. They possess, usually, very symmetrical features, good bone structure and are photogenic from every angle. I am not a fan of these skeletal creatures but have to admit they look, facially at least, stunning with every makeup or hairstyle/colour change. The rest of us mere mortals could apply the best makeup, have our hair styled by the best stylists, wear the most wonderful clothes but, let's be honest, would still come nowhere close to these supermodels. Happily, WE don't need to as OUR looks are not the tools of our professions - theirs are.
No way, they look rough as hell! Kate Moss' skin is really starting to show the signs of ageing from all the booze, cigs, drugs and sun, I don't even think she looks that pretty with all the makeup and good lighting!
No I don't think so - they can spend hours looking good - but it isn't natural beauty.

For commercial modeling like for edc. or benetton, or some other shops or makeup, do you have to be tall?

i heard 170cm is the minimum height for models..and lower than that is not acceptible...what about for commercials...not catwalking ...but just the ads for clothing...do you have to be over 170??For commercial modeling like for edc. or benetton, or some other shops or makeup, do you have to be tall?
Usually, but if there's something so special about you and they really want you, they could make you look tall by camera tricks. For commercial modeling like for edc. or benetton, or some other shops or makeup, do you have to be tall?
no for commercial modeling its not required but some companies prefer a taller model so don't be surprised if you get a few rejections.
Its not as much of a concern but it's a competative industry and you're competing against tall people who are highly sought after. The taller girls will still often be first considered for a job of course but in this case, it's a litlte less rigid. The important thing is to be well proportioned. You can have long legs without being tall, for example. I'm only five six and i was with an agency for a few years. I was too small for the catwalk but because my proportions are right and everything else satisfied, i was still able to get some good work. Mind you, I did this while in school. I never once had any idea of making a full time career out of it. I'm not sure if i could have made a living out of it. Paid well (Hats off to Linda Evangelista for fair pay!) but not regularly :) I also didn't get any huge contracts and probably wouldn't have. I'm just too small.

So inquire at an agency? They know what they're looking for and there is room in the industry for smaller models too. If the job opens up, they'll let you know. Did you ever consider hair modeling? I started in hair. I was asked to do an expo and from there i was able to get an agent and more work.
am afraid yes but there are exceptions in this rule!!! so try it

What is the standard arrangement for a photographer working w/designers, models, stylists, hair/makeup etc...?

I am a photographer who shoots film, cost-deficient, beautiful film. I am building a fashion book and need designers, stylists, hair/make up, models etc... I want to work with up and comers, who are also building their books and regular people not just models who have never done a photoshoot before. What is the arrangement/industry standard for giving prints to the various people? The photos will only be in my portfolio, at least for the moment. I would credit everyone on my site and if the pictures were published, they would be credited. Obviously they need to have photos of their work for their own books, which is why they would participate. But how many prints do I give them. It gets costly for me to give prints out, is it acceptable to give one or two 8x10s and charge for any other selects? ';Regular'; ie not models often expect to get prints of everything. I would love to give everyone a copy of the best shots of everything, but it is too expensive for me to do so. What is the standard arrangement for a photographer working w/designers, models, stylists, hair/makeup etc...?
It might be a good idea to post your question somewhere else besides ';Etiquette';.

  • How should a girl wear her makeup if she is trying to get into the modeling buissness???(please be specific)?

how should a girl wear her makeup around town(shopping, walking to get coffee) if she is trying to get into the MODELLING buissness? like how should she wear it to have possible scouts talk to her or notice her as model potential for their agency??please be specific like what colors or how to do eye makeup or what color lips, lipgloss or anyhting! How should a girl wear her makeup if she is trying to get into the modeling buissness???(please be specific)?
All the big models like to tell stories about being discovered at the mall. Giselle used to say she was discovered at McDonalds. These stories are all pretty much untrue. It's much more glamorous to lie and say that the modeling world came to them when in fact they chased down the modeling world with blind ambition.

Sure, a scout once told Giselle that she should model in a McDonalds. However, he was from a small town agency. Have you ever seen the photos she took back then? They're crap. It's a fact that Giselle did not become a supermodel until she left San Paolo for New York, attended open calls and got herself signed to a New York agency. That took her own hard work.

Don't be lazy and wait for someone to find you. Seize your moment and get your butt to open calls ASAP. You're getting older every day. Someday it will be too late. How should a girl wear her makeup if she is trying to get into the modeling buissness???(please be specific)?
you'll probably have to make a bit more of an effort than just walking down the street...

but natural looking makeup is the best. a bit of mascara and nude lip gloss is what most models wear the majority of the time. that way, it won't look like you're covering anything up, and people will realize how naturally beautiful you are.
The best way to get noticed is to have your skin looking great with as little make up as possible. Just mascara and lip gloss.

If you want to pursue modeling seriously, have someone take a few headshots and start applying for jobs. Good luck!
What I did, 3 years ago, I wore bright blue and orange and colors that do not match together, I have no idea what the style of make up it is called, I think it's called ocature or something. Have you ever seen America's Next Top Model? Did you notice how bright there make up is? Well, I did that and I got noticed by John Casablanca, I was walking around LA and they told me to stop by one day and they'd hook me up with an agent. I soon lost interest though, it wasn't what I thought it would be. But anyway, use bright colors! And make patterns on your face. It's a make up trend in the world of models! Good Luck!!
Natural is perfect! don't even bother with mascaraor gloss, just do chapstick if your lips get dry. But when you want to look different (in a good way) try bright vivid colors. pinks and reds and golds and navy blues. also try TRAX by MAC its a dark purple with gold glitter. Try heavy eyeliners- dark brown, i use sable by Benefit. BIG LASHES. black nails! red lips! pink cheeks! Go from one extreme to another, never in between.

experiment, models never look bad no matter what colors or how much makeup they wear!
I think that a lot of designers seem to like the pale skin with a bright lipstick, like red or pink. Don't go overboard on the eye makeup- just a light liner and mascara. Go for a blue eyeshadow so the focus wont only be on your lips, and try a shimmery gold along your cheekbone- that will really look nice. Here's an example. Good Luck!

to become a model, you are going to need to do way more than just walk around town looking good. there are lots of pretty girls out there, but none of them will become models unless they apply for the job.

How do i do my eye makeup to look like the models?

It dependw what kind of models you are thinking of

Some comercial models wear really wakky makeup! Colourful and pretty abstract some of the times! But if you're thinking of the flawless day to day look that some wear -

    http://www.style.com/slideshows/fashions鈥?/a>

Then it's quite a simple look to achive!

It's baisically, foundation to cover up flaws and even out skin (i use MAC studio fix foundation) then a bit of eye liner speeping over the lid, and some pinkish lip gloss.

You could also maybe use some bronzer or blush to give yourself more colour

Where as some models do the smokey eye look -

Best makeup concealer for heavy coverage under lights for modeling?

Well I'm a model and was wondering what is the best concealer to use I have tried many brands like MAC, Clinique, Very Sexy Victoria's Secret etc.. and I am under heavy lights all the time and need a better one which one do you suggest for full coverage that will lastBest makeup concealer for heavy coverage under lights for modeling?
I would go for dermablend. It's very heavy since it's made to cover scars, burns, etc. You can find it at macy's.Best makeup concealer for heavy coverage under lights for modeling?
    who do u model for?
Isn't there a makeup artist doing your makeup?

I like Lorac - the concealer comes in a small pot. You can get it at Sephora. The coverage is complete.
If you have yellow undertone, try NYC yellow pencil. It does miracle. You can buy this from any major drugstore.
I love Dermablend. I bought mine from Macy's.
    Maxfactor is made for this.

The truth is, any makeup can do the job if it is applied right.

Do you apply your base and then powder it down before applying anything else? If not try it.
mac 4 sure........ lucky i dream of being a model but i dont think they have modeling for 12 year olds
I really like marykay medium coverage, its about 12.00. Its thick but not clogging. I also swear by max factor lasting performance. The only thing with them is you might have to mix 2, because the colors are wierd. But it lasts all day and works really well in the heat and stuff.
well MAC is the heavist stage make up. try naars...but thats more natural. i would stay stck with MAC
Mary Kay has great concealer and foundation you should check them out. If you go to the Mary Kay web site you can find a consultant who lives in your area to come to you and show you how to get the results you want.
I would suggest. Physicians Formula.(brand).. you can find it at your local CVS. It's inexpensive and they have a variety of shades.

You should use Ecco Bella, I have their mascara, it's grea!
I would keep it fairly simple, you don't want to overdo it. Choose one feature to accentuate, and keep the rest of you face neutral.

    good luck!
    Fine Minerals.

    Nothing is best.
That really depends on what kind of look you are going for.

MAC is always an amazing brand and they have an eyeshadow for just about every look. If you are looking for more funky colors try Urban Decay or Too Faced. Yes the brands are a little more on the expensive side, but those are some brands that a makeup artist would use on actual models so why not use it all the time?
i would say M.A.C becuz all of their makeup is GREAT!! everything from lipstick to their blus and foundation is soo great! its just a little more expencive but its sooo worth it!!
MAC has the best makeup...everything from their lipstick to eyeshadows are amazing..they are a little bit more expensive than pharmacy brands but their makeup is just amazing.

they just need to put a little mascara on the fake lashes and all is well. Why are makeup companies allowed to put fake lashes on models for mascara ads? Isn't this false advertising?
    Good question.

Actually, fake lashes are part of things that make-up companies supply. So you could purchase a fake eyelash from that company at a store. Why are makeup companies allowed to put fake lashes on models for mascara ads? Isn't this false advertising?
yes it is but they dont care because they make money from it
I have always wondered that too. lol

It really sux that you wont have those results unless you put falsies on as well or have naturally long and full lashes.

It is why I don't like using mascara at all, it doesn't work on my lashes. :( I have yet to find any that do.
i completely agree like can't they just get someone with really great eyelashes... why do they have to be fake?
yeah..but almost everything we see in advertising is fake..it is nothing new.

like in all the hair commericals where they put glaze on their hair and do a keratin treatment and claim its that shiny from ';pantene';hah
The answer is yes. But the larger issue is all the false advertising that the media has put out in regard to ideal body image for you ladies.

They have largely convinced women (particularly young women) that they need to look like Barbie to be beautiful. Not true.
Hmmm... seems that way, doesn't it? But the ads don't directly come out and say, ';If you use our mascara, your eyelashes will look like this.'; It's just an implied message. Just like the beer commercials that have gorgeous women hanging all over the guys; they don't actually say, ';If you drink our beer, you'll score hot chicks.'; The ad just puts that idea in your mind. It's a subliminal message, which is how advertising works.
It's a mixture of false advertising and exaggeration.

The two terms have become so intertwined in commercialism that it's nigh impossible to tell the difference and if anyone calls them on it, they claim it's exaggeration, not false advertising.

Have you seen a commercial for a ';Magic Bullet'; or a workout machine?

    Same thing. For the workout machines, they bring in models and bodybuilders that are stupendously fit before they used the machine, have them stand on it and film them then say ';This man(or woman) got ripped using our machine.';

Another tactic is to show a gloomy looking, desaturated film piece of a depressed person who suddenly becomes happy. The sun comes out, kids behave, dog stops barking, husband loves wife or vice-versa, and everything becomes a Stepford home when they use this product, even if it's a feather duster or car wax.

    -H2o
    i know its so anoying
No. They're selling mascara. You know what it is, and what it does. If they want to exemplify their point with false lashes, then they can. The product is still the product.

Besides, a lot of jean companies advertise without ever showing you the pants.
well, Then again, how many mascaras can they possibly sell? I think they are all the same thing..

but I agree, it seems to be false advertising..but they can also say that if you have fake eyelashes you can make them look even better.
Yes it is and several companies in the UK have had to either pull their ads or put a disclaimer on them that false lashes were used after being caught using false lashes by the ASA

    Models with MAC makeup?

i am looking for a websites that shows models that have MAC makeup on so i can get ideas does anybody know any websites i can find that?Models with MAC makeup?
A lot of designers use makeup artist Pat McGrath to do model's makeup. Her primary choice is MAC makeup. If you go to style.com you can either sort by designer or model. If you're not farmiliar with models, it's better to go with the designer. That will provide PLENTY of pictures of models with MAC makeup. Also, if you have Itunes... Maybe limewire has this too; you can download the free podcasts ';Seventeen Runway Insider,'; and ';Mod TV: Fashion Network';. These podcasts give step by step tutorials of how to complete the makeup and hair for fashion week showes (ecspecially the former).

O.o a guy goin into modeling....ewww....idk what to use and glad not toI'm a guy going into modeling soon. I have a couple of flaws on my face and i'm wondering what makeup to us?
Use a cover up or concealer that matches your skin. You shouldn't need much more than that. If you are at a shoot or a fashion show then you will usually have a makeup artist that will fix that for you.
maybelline cover up just a little dab!!!!!!!!!! Your Welcome!
Dermablend is a professional brand that works well for males in this field. It is long lasting and won't wear under the lights and heat of camera and long hours. It is easy to use and match to skin tone. It can be used to spot cover or as overall coverage. The most important thing to note here is that men have more dense (or thicker) skin and obviously facial hair so this is a good one to work with due to its consistency and versatility. Women have been known to use it on scars as well and for birthmarks etc. Apply with a good 'foundation' brush and viola! You will look Fabulous!
You should use a cover up and concealer. If you have any zits you should use a fast acting cream. Also you should use a bronzer (a tan always looks good).
Well Clinique just started making a Make-Up line just for men. I haven't tried it but I hear it's good. I use Clarins Express Compact. You can use it wet or dry. A small amount to conceal blemishes skin irritation from shaving etc. Bare Minerals is great as well because it looks like you are not wearing anything. MAC makes great concealers and their studiofix is amazing. It's what most artists will use when you go to shoots, shows etc. It's a bit heavy for everyday so just use it when needed. Also when you go to get any of these have the artist show you how to apply it. That is the key to it looking natural.
Work on those flaws. (Face cream, etc.) But when time comes and your face isn't how you want it to be, use either concealer or cover up. Most work well, just make sure to get one to match that lovely skin tones of yours. I hope I helped out!!
I'm a guy and I wear makeup too.

Go to a MAC counter or a MAC Store, tell them exactly that you want a concealer and foundation to hide some flaws and make you look polished, but still natural, and they'll help you, also, you might want to start using good skincare.

    it should look like this:

    http://a.abcnews.com/images/GMA/abc_tisd鈥?/a>

    makeup:

do something simple that shows off your eyes. apply 3 coats of black mascara to top and bottom lashes. apply eyeliner around the outer corners of your eyes to make them appear bigger then tehy are. make them pop by adding a dab of light colored shimmery eyeshadow at the inner corner of each eye. do a neutral lipgloss and a light pink blush.Clothes/Hair/Makeup for Modeling/Acting Audition?
Just keep it simple and natural, and keep in mind that less is more.Keep your makeup subtle by wearing just a lil foundation,a nice pinkish-peachy shimmery gloss,a bit of peachy pink blush, mascara and a neutral eyeshadow.

You can wear a skirt in medium length, like just above your knees and some heals(but not a 9 inch heal!) and a shirt with like two or three buttons left open. And your hair must be very natural, try some loose curls and a shiny hairspray that will make it glossy and glowing.

And i suggest a color headshot,so they can see your features clearly.

    Good luck!
i'll try and put myself in the position of

    the ';judge';.

i really think that you shouldn't wear anything

with logos on it. try to look fashion forward, but

    not too much.

if i saw someone walk in with a shirt that said

    ';I 鈾?ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH FOREVER';,

i'd think ';can't she come up with something for

    herself?';

    anyways.

i'd probably wear a skirt and tights with a bright

top, or black skinny / slim leg pants, and a dark

    purple top with flats.

for hair and makeup, do what looks best!

if your hair's long, wear it down and wavy.

if you want to highlight your face and neck,

    do it up.

for makeup try to go natural.

    they want to see YOU, not maybelline c[;

bring both a b%26amp;w AND color headshot for them.

    GOOD LUCK! :)
When you enter the world of modelign you're they're for people to sculpt you. If you've already sculpted yourself than most people won'tt ake you. You need to be versitile and flexable.

Try almsot NO makeup, but a shimmer nude lipgloss, mascara and moisturizer. Try a pair of plain black leggings (to the middle of your calf), silver flats, and a cute empire waist top. Put your hair up in a chignon,a loos bun. Just pull your hair into a high ponytale and loosely rap the pony tale around the base (where the elastic is) then hold it in palce with another hair elastic.

    Good luck!
For your makeup , do a natural look.

Not a lot on your face, a bit of blush, and some mascara.

As for your hair, i would wear it up. So it can show off your facial features. In a tight straight pony ? perhaps.

As for clothes, maybe a jean skirt, and a cute sorta dressy shirt, but dont over do it. and a cute pair of heels. nothing sleezy
i would say wear something nice and simple like black pants or a pencil skirt with a cute top, maybe one of those shirts that are button up, colored, and have puffed out sleeves...wear your hair down and straightened....and not too much make up, but make sure you have some

you should probably give a colored headshot so they can see all of your features as realistically as possible
wear your hair in a bun..

wear something plain.. no big jewery..

dont wear a lot of makeup.. [if yu do make it natural..]

this way you wont take away from your facial features!!

    hope this helps =]
flats, shorts (kinda short), and a tight cute shirt but not to tight!

There's a really good book on modeling by Wilhelmina, i forget what it's called, but you could look it up on amazon. Also, go on websites for modeling agencies, like Ford, Wilhelmina, DNA, etc. Just beware of scams-- they are extremely common in the modeling world. To avoid them, don't trust anything in a mall, and if a companie is legit, they will not make you pay for anything, especially upfront.
Go threw collage or university .. They teach you all that stuff .. Or if you have already been threw it .. Maybe take courses again .. But for different subject .

    Hope i helped
You would need to go to a model search audition or something like that, and go up from there.

Well, most models have prominent cheekbones to begin with, then they are accentuated with makeup and retouching. Are models cheekbones that big like in their pictures or is that makeup?

Have you ever modeled your hair or makeup after a celebrity?

Even hair color counts.Have you ever modeled your hair or makeup after a celebrity?
I tried to copy Christina Aguilera's hair style for my cousins wedding. The hair dresser did it all wrong so it came out horrible. Instead of Christina Aguilera i looked like freakin Shrek. (White Chicks...with my twist.)Have you ever modeled your hair or makeup after a celebrity?
    yup yup
I got my hair cut like Katie Holmes, but thats the only time ive done that
not wit hair - ill like me own styles

    but ave wit makeup
yea....i did the whole ';Jennifer Aniston'; cut when it was kinda popular.
Miyuki copies the Andrews Sisters hairstyle often, and Kyojin has copied Yul Brynner's. Hmm, how would Miyuki look with Yul's hairdo and Kyojin look with the Andrews Sisters hairstyle?
    Sure! But i was like 12. =)

I hope this helped a little bit!Models with MAC makeup?
    www.maccosmetics.com
well, i'm not quite sure about where to find MAC models, but if you go to specktra.net -- it's a really awesome site for make-up tips and it's based on MAC products. there's a LOT of tutorials that'll show you how to apply varieties of make up, whether it be on your eyes or lips or how to apply foundation etc, it's quite useful and there's a lot of talented people there that have really unique make up and again, it's specktra.net, i think you'll like it. :)
on mac';s website there a blog that shows u how 2 put on the make up

    ALWAYS WEAR MAKEUP

noone wants to see you without it

    coemone now thats comone sense

    but dont overdo it

just a bit of clear or light pink lipgloss

    a little bit of mascara

    A LITTLE BIT

maybe even just sinply surl the lashes

    and cover skin flaws

    so just

some face powder LESS IS MORE

a bit of mascara so it still looks natural

and a bit of lip something

yes all modeling agencies want no makeup

    and wear basic clothing

stand in front of a white wall

have some pics with your hair up some down
Clean clear photos with no make up - portrait, profile, full length in tight fitting clothing. See the Ford models site.

    Good luck!

I'm a guy going into modeling soon. I have a couple of flaws on my face and i'm wondering what makeup to us?

Can you please help me out

    girls/guys

doesn't matter.I'm a guy going into modeling soon. I have a couple of flaws on my face and i'm wondering what makeup to us?

    Clothes/Hair/Makeup for Modeling/Acting Audition?

Hi, I have an audition for John Robert Powers Acting/Modeling School later this evening and I need some tips on what to wear/ what to do with my hair/ how to do my makeup! They didn't have very many guidelines, just:

    -no jeans

    -no sneakers

I really need advice on everythng so PLEASE be as descriptive as possible!

(also, should I give them a color or b%26amp;w headshot?)Clothes/Hair/Makeup for Modeling/Acting Audition?
something simple and classy, that shoes your style is versatile and that you know how to dress:

    black skinny pants:

    http://store.delias.com/item.do?category鈥?/a>

    a simple white top

    and some cute pumps:

    http://www.stevemadden.com/item.aspx?id=鈥?/a>

    hair:

take a large barrel curling iron and curl 2 inch sections of hair all over. then comb through it with a wide tooth comb to loosen up your curls. spray with hairspray.

    it should look like this:

    http://a.abcnews.com/images/GMA/abc_tisd鈥?/a>

    makeup:

do something simple that shows off your eyes. apply 3 coats of black mascara to top and bottom lashes. apply eyeliner around the outer corners of your eyes to make them appear bigger then tehy are. make them pop by adding a dab of light colored shimmery eyeshadow at the inner corner of each eye. do a neutral lipgloss and a light pink blush.Clothes/Hair/Makeup for Modeling/Acting Audition?

    ';I 鈾?ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH FOREVER';,

i'd think ';can't she come up with something for

    herself?';

    anyways.

i'd probably wear a skirt and tights with a bright

top, or black skinny / slim leg pants, and a dark

    purple top with flats.

for hair and makeup, do what looks best!

if your hair's long, wear it down and wavy.

if you want to highlight your face and neck,

    do it up.

for makeup try to go natural.

    they want to see YOU, not maybelline c[;

bring both a b%26amp;w AND color headshot for them.

    GOOD LUCK!

[if yu do make it natural..]

this way you wont take away from your facial features!!

    hope this helps =]

this is a really oversubscribed career and the best Agencies will not even look at you without a professionally produced portfolio.Model starting out .... Do I need to pay for a photgrapher %26amp; makeup arist?
Don't do anything alternative or elaborate, that's not what they want to see. All you need to bring to a casting is a head shot and a few poses. Keep it simple, they want to see what you are like as a model, not an art director.

You can probably find a better deal on photography if you keep looking.
well its pretty expensive.first theres the portfolio(the pictures).and the theres the makeup which if you wanna look good get it done there.and the theme, they usualy just take pictures with a solid color background.i do modeling for john casablanca and thats how they are but there much more expensive.but i hope my answer helps you.best of luck. :)
Of course you have to pay, They won't do it for nothing. But most girls work it of on there back.
you have to pay for a headshot and thats all, dont give the agency money.
Wow, her portfolio is amazing, but i bet it cost 拢拢拢拢拢拢拢拢!
    try

    http://www.purestorm.com/

this has tips on being a model
    NO!!!!!

You never have to pay for anything. EVER. You DO NOT even need a portfolio, beyond a simple head shot and three simple full body shots (front, side, rear). Certaibnly no professional makeup. They want to see you natural. If an agency ever asks you for money for ANYTHING, or sends you to someone who asks you for money, run away, its a scam. You do not need a portfolio to get signed by an agency - they don't even want to see one. They can look at you for 2 minutes in person and know if you are a model or not. Same for modelling lessons - no working model EVER had to pay for them.

If you really want a portfolio to get started, there are hundreds of photographers who will do it for free, to build their own portfolio. If you can't get a photgrapher to do this, it means you are not model material.
well firstly do you have the ability to be a model, i don't say that to be mean but it would suck to spend all that time and money and then find out you didn't make the cut

i did modelling for a few years - only for fun really though as it's never what i wanted to do but my portfolio was made when i was 14 and one of my friends studied photography so we helped each other. That one was sent in for a laugh to a competition and I started doing some bikini modelling etc low key things - i have beach blonde hair and a very toned athletic body so i did a lot of sports things.

To begin with you might have to pay for the shoot/photos and bring your own clothes but as you become more well known and sought after you wont have to - I absolutely loved it when I got free clothes. (only reason you should have to pay is if you seek them - if they ask you to model for them you shouldn't have to pay for a single thing, same with an agency they will never ask you for money nor book you for a job where you have to pay)

A good thing these days is also centering some on your hands/back of neck etc as now jewellery models are very sought after

Before you book anything, decide on a few themes - make sure you have the clothes if you're having the photos taken in a studio fine, if not make sure you have a good idea of where you could take them.
I think you need to locate some local stores that have models in the windows. This is a great way to get discovered and meet others that are interested in the same thing as you. They might also have some connections with some good photographers and if you want really good pics they will help you with the poses and posture in your photos but remember it won't be cheap. Another thing is that you are going to need a portfolio and a variety of photos because agencies and designers that hire models all want something different not just a pretty face. I would suggest you check out some local photographers and put together a portfolio and google some information you might need when trying to put yourself out there. Instead of just moving out right away I would just save up about 3000 and take a trip to NYC and try to put yourself out there by meeting with different agencies and you want to go with legit agencies not something that is located in a back ally. I hope this helps and good luck with you modeling career and if you really want to get into modeling like that girl Raquel she has a funky pin up girl look going on so you might want to look up some designers she has worked for to get more of a feel of their look not just based on one model. Hope this helps.
First of all , you should go a photographer for your portfolio then photographer will take some pictures from you.If there is an agency you wanted or others then you can send your pictures and informations to agency on the website. Then they will turn back to you that if you are chosen or not their agency.

By the time , if they choose you as model that you should sign up and then also they will take pictures from you and send your pictures for some customers.

Note: You will pay some money for your photos and also for agency.

maybe it depends on exactly how u do it

and u r beautiful just follow your dreamsDo you think i can do anything in the modeling buissness with photography, modeling or makeup? (pics)?
Your look really limits the type of modeling you can do. There aren't many jobs for alternative models. As for makeup, there are very few makeup artists who can actually make a living doing freelance makeup full time. Most of them also work at cosmetic counters or in other stores to be able to pay the rent. Companies like MAC are always looking for creative people who love makeup, and they give you the freedom to wear your makeup however you want.
Well, from the pictures, you seem pretty.

I feel like the pictures in which you have more natural-looking make-up, you look prettier. :)

    Also, are those tattoos?

I'm pretty sure that most of the time, photographers don't want tattoos in their pictures and therefore will use a Photoshop-esque program to edit it out. So, I don't know...that could potentially be a problem because I've heard such edits can be costly.

I also think that working well with others and being easy to get along with is a factor in modeling (anywhere, really). If you are serious about this, I'd suggest working on your networking and social skills.

I am SO glad I happened upon this question. I'm writing a novel, and I've been trying to tell my friend what my male main character looks like; I've been searching pictures of people to try to find someone who looks like what I imagined. The boy on your profile (presumably your boyfriend) looks EXACTLY right. Thanks so much for asking this!

Sorry if that sounds creepy (I'm not a creepy person) but I am so happy right now. You just saved me like 5 hours. :)

Back to the point, you could totally be a model.

Get a few headshots, meet a few people...I might see your picture in the window next time I'm at Victoria's Secret. hah. :)
i'm not sure what i'm supposed to be looking at. i'd say no though. in the modeling world everything is professional so you would have to have enough drive to put all of your pictures in your portfolio in a nice setting. if you're too lazy to do that on photobucket, you just don't have what it takes. good luck being a teacher.
yes you so could. i think you would work very well as a model for well...anything.

and the people on here that said no probably said no because of the clothes you wear and they feel threatened. don't worry or listen to them.

i think there is a better market for you in europe when it comes to modeling. european models are usually a little more edgier and prettier. =)
There is different kind of modeling. Look up ';Alternative Modeling'; it looks like something you would be into. Of course, you won't be able to make a career out of it, but you can get paid, etc.
Hot Topic! You seem to be photogenic. But, you have to keep in mind that modeling is NOT all about having the look.

P.S. I love that song playing!
There are a million other people out there who do make-up just like that, and even better. You're probably young so just give it more practice because i think your make-up and photos look really amateur.

    Good Luck with your future!
    I think you'd be great at modeling hun, a the negative comments can die D:%26lt;

Nice looking? are you for real she has the largest and ugliest nose i have ever seen, the tart XD
I think she is a bit of a plain Jane and the size of her nose, well.
She looks so different without her makeup on i couldn't believe how ugly she was, that nose is so long though like a witch. How did she get a glamour model job,i thought you had to be attractive. She looks like stef from hollyoaks,so im wondering if stef looks like her with no makeup on.
Why? Why waste your time watching such absolute tripe? It means nothing, it doesn't even constitute entertainment. If you want to watch 'reality' look out of the window, or better still get out of the house. These people are shallow tossers. And the idiots who allow this to be broadcast are just as mindless.

How can I put my makeup on like the models?

She looks really good with it (Miranda Kerr) but REALLY not good without makeup...

Why??? Is their makeup done profesionally or what? How can I put my makeup on like the models?
i think hers was done by a pro.... in my opinion tho.... if you makeup takes longer than 5 minutes to put on it wont be natural.... its the 'KISS' factor... keep it simple silly.

if you want a kit to get that has tips and tricks and other kewl stuff try this link:How can I put my makeup on like the models?
Their make up is done profesionally, but they are models. Be yourself, don't try to do your make up like them because you will end up looking terrible!!!!! Your make up should be natural to your skin tone, besides, you are beautiful naturally!!! love ya!!!!!!!!!

What are some makeup and hair tips that will help me look like a model? ?

DETAILS! Thanx!:)What are some makeup and hair tips that will help me look like a model? ?
First of all why would you want to look like a model, most of them are fake looking, and they don't show their real beauty. The type of makeup u should have is makeup that you know is on you and makes you feel better but sill shows your true beauty, and your hair you should do however you like it !!!!!!!

Sorry if I sound rude but I am just telling the truth !!!!!!!!What are some makeup and hair tips that will help me look like a model? ?
Models get their hair and makeup done professionally for hours. On top of that, their pictures are photoshopped to perfection.

To even ATTEMPT to look like a model is impossible, so don't waste your time.
depending on your face shape the hair cuts for you are

    oblong: straight

    teardrop: bangs straight or curly

circle: to make your face look thinner where less bulky hair (no layers)

any other: try using a straightner then a curling iron then a hair drier and round brush and pick which you like better!

    for makeup!

blush: peach with a hint of pink!

with a little bronzer (have on apples of cheeks)

i have this stuff from marykay called icecicles

it is an eye cream they have bronze and vanilla! i use both its an alternative to eye shadow

mascara: always use lengthing and no clumping!

maybellene normally works for anyone! and make sure it is NOT water proof

lips: apply a balm and then a nice pinkish lipgloss!

eyeliner: with eyeliner pretty much any color just dont go over board because then you will look like a freak!

foundation: i prefer the minerals! mary kay bare and pretty much any geneeric brand will do!

and of course some nice nail polish to finish it off!!

hope this helped this is my daily routine!!
you dont need to look like a model just do yuor make-up right thats all

Makeup caused me to breakout, modeling interview Wedensday?

I applied clinique makeup, and have a few small pimples because of it. How do I get rid of these by Wednesday? (modeling agency asked me to come in).Makeup caused me to breakout, modeling interview Wedensday?
You need something that will work right away. Get anything that has salicylic acid or glycolic acid, or put toothpaste on it. Use it continuously atleast twice a day as it's effects stop when you stop using it. If you see that you start peeling, just use it once a day and put a moisturizer. Finally don't stress out because it will only make it worse. GL!Makeup caused me to breakout, modeling interview Wedensday?
    Don't use Clinique, or pro-active.

Pro-Active si over-rated, and about 73% of its users have allergic reactions, so while you may have no pimples, you will have a massive rash.

    I reccomend Natio.

If worse comes to worse by some heavy concealer, and before bed, and when you wake up, cleanse, moisturise, tone etc to prevent future break-outs.

And best of luck for Wednesday

all the remedies of home should help clear it up
use a face wash and a night cream.

for a face wash i would suggest cetaphill that stuff is amazing

for a night cream i would suggest you use Clearasil vanishing cream or some other cream that has 10% benzol peroxide..

i would wash your face three times a day no more than that and use the cream right before you go to sleep at night.

good luck with everything hope you get cleared up.
None of clinique's products are good.

    Don't use them again ...
i would say proactive put thats not even helping me with my pimples try it anyways all peoples skin is different
Are u sure it was the make-up. It could have been some type of food you ate, anyhow just use a good mask that has some glycolic acid in it if not try putting toothpaste on your zits.
hi...for quick treatment use the proactive solution mask....
I know your question was how to get rid of the pimples but for next time use a face primer by mac and that is a moistureizer you put on before makeup and what that does is that it doesnt let the makeup touch the face. and the make up stays on.
Proactive is the best! Try it and you will not be let down. I used to have tons of zits and just dry/oily skin and my sister showed me Proactive Solutions and I saw results within days! =] Good luck!
