The lipstick is easy if you choose the right colour and I assume you know how to apply foundation. Here is how to do the eyes.
1. Choose a shimmery light brown eyes shadow and cover your whole lids generously.
2. Take a black eye liner pencil and draw a wide line on your upper lid. Be careful not to press too hard!
3. Coat your lashes in black mascara.
