Hey!! I was just wondering how this Billabong model did her eyemakeup..(such as colors) and how do you put eyeliner on your lower lid like that? I can't figure out how to do it! Thanks =]

Use black eyeliner, black mascara, pink eye pencil on the top and bottom half, possibly falsh eyelashes, bronzer, and pink lipgloss. If your skin isn't clear, you can use foundation. And to apply eyeliner on the lower lid, put it on the inside of your lower lid and even a little under the eye along with the pink eye pencil.
Ok, not only would you put the eyliner on the typical way, the makeup artist probably used a very small brush to push dark eyeshadow into the lash line, giving you color where it's hard to put color! I do the same, and I use a tiny paintbrush that is usually used to paint ceramics.
start off by applying some blush to the apples of your cheeks





as for eyes... apply black eyeliner to the insides of your lids all the way around, then more on the outsides. really line your lids for the ';smokey'; look. put some light pink shimmery eyeshadow to the inside corners of your eyes. curl lashes and apply a couple heavy coats of black mascara





finish off with some pink lip gloss

Eyes:





Okay, first put on mascara. Then use liquid eyeliner and make it real thick on the outside edge of your eye. Then get a bronzish-reddish eyeshadow and put a thin line of it underneath the eyeliner and on your eyeshadows. Make the eyeshadow darker (on your eyelids) near the bottom by putting in some brown.





The rest:


She most likely is wearing foundation, I would say use bare minerals since it'll look natural like hers. It looks like she might have darkened the sides of her nose to make it look thinner, but I can't be sure. Put on a dark pinkish lipstick, then lipgloss (the kind that isn't transparent) on top.
