Should I go to this modeling audition even though I look horrible without makeup?

I have been modeling for awhile. Recently my agent told me she wants me to go to an audition for a photo shoot for people who have ';natural beauty';. The thing is, I look like an ogre without makeup on, but I have been told I am absolutely gorgeous while I'm wearing makeup. They told us we should come to the audition without any thing on our face, should I tell my agent I am interested in going or not?Should I go to this modeling audition even though I look horrible without makeup?
If you're going to be the one judging you, don't go. But evidently your agent doesn't agree with your assessment of your looks. You're not expecting anything to happen, so if you're politely told that they're not looking for ';your type'; you won't feel too bad. But if they say that you're exactly what they were hoping for?

Try it! What's the worst that can happen.. you don't get through and you can do what you were doing before! Go for it Girl!
I guess you should show your agent what you look like without makeup, haha. Some girls get so used to what they look like with makeup on, they can't judge what is ';natural'; anymore. So,you show her what you look like, and she'll be the best adviser as to whether it's worth your time or not. :)
i think you need some more self confidence. You should go and try, you never know. the worst that could happen is they don't book you.
Take the chance and show that you have experience, they may like you for that :)

i'm not a model or anything but go for it, it's worth trying. you never know how it will turn out. this could be a good part of your carer
Go, you might get a part as an ugly ogre in a Shrek live movie.


Learn to be happy with who you are and you will be happier.
I say go for it. Seize the day. You never know, they might love you.
Go for it Just wear really light tinted moisturizer, curl your lashes and wear clear mascara and maybe clear lip gloss. It will look very natural


and will look like your not wearing any makeup at all!

Well. most modeling jobs (and i know this from my own personal experience as a model) use tons of makeup to make the model really blend in with their product or look to good to be true and make women (or men) think that they could buy the product and look just like them . Some modeling jobs, however, like the true beauty of a person with out makeup on. I'd say go for the job but be prepared to be turned down a bit because of your look without makeup.... maybe your just being to hard on yourself though, maybe you look fine without make up but just better in makeup. Makeup cant do that much to you. I hope this helps and wis you the best of luck!
Arent models supposed to be pretty naturally? I doubt that your make up is what makes you pretty. There must be something underneathe all that which makes you the stunner you must be. Try it, see what happens. You might be the only one who thinks you are an ogre.
If you have a nice shape, and you can be okay with makeup on, and you are the shape and race and whatever else the client is looking for, they will shoot you with film, and then give it to a retouch specialist, no one actually looks like what they make you look like on print. Its when the real ';make up artists'; get a hold of you that you look like the cover girl on Vogue or Elle or something like that.
I think you shuld do it, because although told you to come with no make up on they may put natural looking make up on your face or the might air brush the picture, hope i helped :]
yes i think you should try it. because most of the time girls dont see themselves as pretty when they arent wearing makeup because they arent used to it. but they normally look good. and you have nothing to lose so i think you should definately go for it!
If you are ugly you probably shouldn't go. It will only end in tears and embarrassment, not just for you, but for the people who have to pretend that you look okay before rejecting you.
Wear your makeup anyway, but wear it VERY toned down. Don't do a colored eyeshadow, don't do bright lips, don't do any glitter or shimmer. Make sure you makeup looks as natural as possible. Cover up any blemishes, inconsistencies, or imperfections, add a tiny bit of blush, don't line your eyes, a coat of mascara, and you're good. If it looks like you're wearing a ton of makeup you might not get the gig because the client will feel like they have no idea who they're working with. It's hard to judge what your face looks like through a ton of obvious makeup, but if you're correcting imperfections, then go for it, just make sure it's subtle. Good luck!
Take every chance you can. You might aswell, who knows what will happen? You have nothing to lose! I bet you're beautiful anyways if your modelling.

you should def. go. you never know what they're actually looking for. you might think you look ugly. but in their eyes you might be the most beautiful thing. so go without any make up. it's worth a shot right?
do it,....they'll see you, and they'll put the makup that wold look good on you. they know what would look good, and what not
sure give it a try. If you don't make it maybe that's not for you but give it a try first. :)
