Well first of all i would add a neutral eyeshadow that is close to the color of my lids, with a bit of shimmer. Next i would thinly line my eyes with a cream liner. Her lashes look really full but soft, so i would add some false eyelashes, then use a clear mascara to blend my natural lashes with the false ones. I would also line my water line with a white liner. Then proceed light foundation, add a peach soft blush and a nude lipgloss.Miley Cyrus's makeup at the Grammy's 2009?
That's soo pretty! That's actually a very easy look. For your eyes, you would have a gold that's you skin tone so its not very noticeable but you see the shimmer. And you brush it along you lid, dont go to far past your crease. With a black liner, make a thin line underneath your lashes on the bottom. sort of rub your finger over it so you rub some of so its not as noticable and make a think line on top. With a whitish'peach shimmer pencil (its like a thick eye liner) draw on the corners of your eyes and drag it along the bottom lid, it makes your eye brighter and seem bigger. Then aply mascara on your top lashes and bottom. For the lips, she has like a peachy/nude coloured lip stick with a gloss on top. And she just has like a rosy coloured blush on her cheek bones.

Hmmmm....I'm no expert, but imo, it looks like she has maybe an airbrush finish foundation on, and pink %26amp; tawny eyeshadow. Lots of curling mascara, and some regular old eyeliner. Her lips just look like maybe a really light pink or nude lip gloss.
Its just some mascara, lot's of eyeliner, pink lip gloss and tan eye shadow, just look it up on you tube. Why does Miley always puff out her mouth?
I really like it because it doesn't look to cakey or too much on. Especially for a girl her age, thankfully she doesn't wear too much.
